Timothy R. O’Brien, CFA – Wisconsin Capital Management, Portfolio Manager and Director of Research & Operations;  Wisconsin Capital Funds / Plumb Funds, Assistant Portfolio Manager.

Timothy R. O'Brien is a Portfolio Manager with Wisconsin Capital Management serving on the Investment Committee and the Executive Committee with responsibility for firm operations and research.  Mr. O'Brien manages individual accounts and accounts for institutional clients.  He has been a Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst for Wisconsin Capital Management since 1997.   Mr. O’Brien also serves as assistant portfolio manager of both Plumb Funds.  Prior to his employment with the firm, Mr. O’Brien served full-time as an F-16 fighter pilot and officer for the Wisconsin Air National Guard and United States Air Force and is a retired Colonel for the Wisconsin Air National Guard.  He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame and also earned a Master of Business Administration with honors from the University of Chicago.  Mr. O’Brien is a member of the Madison Investment Management Society and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
