Managed Accounts

There are several reasons to consider Wisconsin Capital Management, LLC, as the investment manager of your account.

Individual Portfolio Management

For accounts with over $1 million of investable assets, a portfolio manager at Wisconsin Capital Management, LLC will purchase individual common stocks and bonds to meet the specific goals and objectives of the client. There are three primary advantages to having an individually managed portfolio. First, unlike a mutual fund, the portfolio holdings are transparent to the client. This allows the client to better assess the risk level of the account and also to maintain a long-term investment discipline during volatile market conditions. Second, an individually managed portfolio can be more sensitive to capital gains and income tax considerations than a mutual fund. Finally, the management fee of an individual portfolio is generally lower than the expense ratio of a mutual fund.

People / Process / Philosophy

People

People are the key to success. Our Investment Committee consists of our portfolio managers and our dedicated investment research professionals; all investment committee members also have extensive industry experience. They work together as a team to find attractive investment opportunities across a broad range of industries and market capitalizations. Our client service and investment professionals work closely with our clients to serve the administrative needs of our clients and complement our investment management service.

Investment Philosophy

Our outlook is long-term. We look for growing companies which fall into our investable themes and which we believe will be strong performers in their industries. We strive to purchase them at reasonable prices with a goal to outperforming over entire business cycles. We believe that this produces an attractive risk-adjusted return for our clients.

Investment Process

A consistent disciplined process is an essential aspect of investing. Our process is based on in-depth research of the companies, their financial strength and cash flows, their industries, and the domestic and world economy. After screening for these features, we look for value and growth potential. We sell when the reasons for purchase no longer exist or better opportunities arise.

Performance

At Wisconsin Capital Management, we believe our People, Philosophy, and Process are the key to Performance. This combination has produced consistent performance for more than two decades. As our experienced professionals implement our investment process, we have remained true to our investment philosophy and we have demonstrated the necessary skills to succeed.
